These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HostingArtisan ("we", "us", or "our"), including the website at hostingartisan.com and all associated features and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

One account per person

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or manipulate ratings is prohibited.

2. User Contributions

Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience with the provider. You must have been a paying or trial customer of the service you are reviewing. Fake, incentivised, or malicious reviews are prohibited.

Forum posts

Forum discussions must be constructive and on-topic. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove posts that violate these Terms or community standards.

Provider submissions

Provider listings must be accurate and submitted in good faith. Only the provider itself or an authorised representative may claim a company profile.

Ownership of content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on HostingArtisan, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on HostingArtisan:

Manipulation

Artificially inflating or deflating ratings through fake accounts, coordinated campaigns, or incentivised reviews.

Spam

Posting unsolicited commercial messages, links, or repetitive content in reviews, the forum, or any other area of the platform.

Harassment

Targeting, threatening, or intimidating other users or company representatives.

Impersonation

Claiming to be a representative of a company you are not affiliated with, or impersonating another user or member of the HostingArtisan team.

Illegal content

Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is otherwise unlawful.

System interference

Attempting to scrape, probe, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, or circumventing any access controls.

4. Company Representatives

Verification

Company representative status is granted by HostingArtisan after manual verification. Falsely claiming or implying affiliation with a provider is grounds for immediate account termination.

Reply conduct

Representatives may reply to reviews on their company profile. Replies must be professional and factual. Threatening or harassing reviewers in public replies or via private messages is prohibited.

Advertising

Paid advertising placements are governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase, in addition to these Terms. Advertising does not confer any influence over review content or ratings.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Our discretion

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or decline any content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine it violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

Account suspension

Violations of these Terms may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on the severity and frequency of the infraction.

Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at support@hostingartisan.com. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimers

No endorsement

The presence of a provider on HostingArtisan does not constitute an endorsement by us. We do not verify the accuracy of provider-supplied information beyond a basic legitimacy check.

User opinions

Reviews and forum posts represent the opinions of individual users, not of HostingArtisan. We do not verify the accuracy of user reviews beyond basic moderation for authenticity.

"As is" service

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HostingArtisan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including decisions made on the basis of reviews, provider listings, or forum content published here.

8. Third-Party Links

The platform contains links to third-party websites, including provider homepages and outbound referral links. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Clicking outbound links is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
